Abingdon Marathon October 22nd 2006
OUPAAC members Liz Thompson and Steph Strachan both completed this year's Abingdon Marathon on Sunday 22nd October. Many thanks to Rob, Richard, Don, Jan, Vic, Jon, John and Graham for turning out to cheer them on. The full results are online here. Results (and photos) will also be appearing in the Oxford Mail. Open Taster Evening for New Members
We are looking for new members and welcome runners and joggers of all ages and abilities.
Come and run, jog or walk with us whatever your fitness level. We are a friendly, fun, supportive and very relaxed club.
We meet every Tuesday at Jordan Hill at 6pm and running/jogging/walking starts at 6.15pm. Facilities include hot showers and a well stocked cheap bar!
We run a variety of long and short routes around Oxford, Port Meadow, the playing fields and the local parks.
Tuesday 31st October—Open Taster Evening for new members!Simply turn up at Jordan Hill at 6pm for a run of your choice followed by a drink and chat in the bar...Decide if you fancy joining us more regularly
